Does anyone know how much experience is available from non-repeatable quests in any or all of the campaigns, especially the areas beyond which foreign characters can complete quests?

I'm working on a Dervish Survivor (320K exp so far) and want the minimize non-useful skill capping and farming.

I know this information is available by going into each quest in Wiki and adding it all up. I'd like to know if anyone has already done this as it will be quite a time consuming task.
